职业教育中校企合作运行机制的构建与完善

校企合作是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的运行机制，是学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养过程的教学模式。校企合作是职业教育改革和发展的重点，也是难点。究其原因，是校企之间缺少密切合作的良性运行机制。建立长期的、可持续发展的校企合作关系，需要政府、学校、企业三方的共同努力，完善校企合作的动力机制、双赢机制、保障机制、调控机制等，是破解校企合作瓶颈问题的关键。

Construction and Improvement of Operating Mechanism for the Cooperation between School and Enterprises

The school-enterprises cooperation is a kind of operational mechanism oriented from market and social demand,is a process both school and enterprises participate in the talent cultivation.The cooperation is a key of education reform and development,is also the difficulty point.The reason is the lack of close cooperation and the benign moving mechanism between schools and enterprises.The goals are not identical,it need to establish long-term,sustainable development and cooperation between government,enterprise and college,the three square should joint efforts,to improve the cooperation between school and enterprise,make the win-win mechanism,dynamic mechanism,guarantee mechanism,regulation mechanism,are imporent to solve the bottleneck problem of school-enterprise cooperation.
