民工潮与城乡收入差距

农村劳动者到城镇打工,他们将自己获得的收入寄回家乡,提高了当地农村居民的家庭收入,但这并没有缩小城乡收入差距,相反我国城乡收入分配差距呈逐渐拉大之势。这里有复杂的原因。从目前来看,我国农村劳动力流向城镇对缩小城乡收入差距没有多大帮助,要有效缩小我国城乡收入差距还应结合消除不合理的行业进入壁垒,发展农村经济等措施。

Labor Mobility and the Gap of Income between the Country and the Town

As the socialist market economy system becomes better and better, the limits to the labor mobility being gradually eliminated, more and more farmers apply for a job in town. The framers send the money that they earned in town to their hometown, which makes the income level of their hometown higher; but the gap of the income between the country and the town of our country still becomes larger and larger. At the present time, the farmers' applying for a job in town does little good to shorten the gap of income between the country and town. Establishing the just mechanism of income, eliminating the bulwark of industry entrance and developing rural economics are the efficient paths to shorten the gap of income between the country and town.
