| 摘 要： | 江泽民总书记关于“三个代表”的重要思想为我们搞好公安工作指明了方向，其中一个重要启迪就是必须加强公安文化建设。一定要大力提高公安民警的科学文化素质，用先进文化武装公安民警的头脑，努力为社会主义先进文化的发展清除障碍，开辟道路，破浪导航。
