| 摘 要： | 反腐败重在靠法制是基于 :当前反腐败斗争实践和社会主义初级阶段国情的选择 ;法制建设在斗争中的特点和优势 ;依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家 ,为靠法制防治腐败提供了有利条件等几个方面。反腐败要重在靠法制约束和规范权力 ,并要注意解决好若干具体问题。

| Abstract: | The urgency and importance of anticorruption according to legal system at present and in the future root in applying Deng Xiaopings legal thought and the basic theory of law, centering on the current practice and national conditions of socialist primary stage, running the country by law under the effective superiority in china. There are some points in the Struggle against Corruption to depend on the restriction of legal system and the standardization of administrative power. In the meanwhile, other idiographic ones should be noticed, for instances, to speed up legislation, to administrate justice strictly, to strengthen the education and leadership of preventing corruption according to legal system, etc. |
