清代中越海难互助及其影响略论（1644—1885）

1644-1885年间,中越之间的海难互助事件时有发生.本文对相关史实试作论述,并认为这类救助首先是人民之间的自发行为,反映和增进了两国人民之间的友好关系;又由于两国政府的介入,特别是在宗藩关系前提下的相关交往中,清朝统治者奉行不干涉安南(越南)内政的政策,该国统治者借此对内巩固统治、对外加强与中国联系,从而加深了两国的和平友好关系,并反过来强化了两国统治者之间的宗藩关系.

On the Sino-Vietnam Assistance and Salvage on the Seashore and Its Effect in the Qing Dynasty(1644-1885)

During the 1644-1885 period, the Sino-Vietnam mutual salvage occurred from time to time. This article attempts to expound the related historical facts and argues that such salvage was the spontaneous actions among the peoples to begin with, reflecting and increasing the friendly relationship between the peoples of both countries; later on, because of the intervention of both governments, especially as the rulers of the Qing Dynasty pursued the policy of non intervention into Annan (Vietnamese) internal affairs in the mutual intercourse on the premise of suzerain-vassal relations, the Vietnamese rulers took the opportunity to consolidate their regime internally, and increase their links with China externally, thus deepening the peaceful and friendly relationship between the two countries, and in turn strengthening the suzerain-vassal relations between the rulers of both sides.
