| 摘 要： | 以广东海洋大学为例，对当前大学生资助体系的现状进行调查研究，提出贫困生“绿色成长方案”、“贫困生自助工程”及建立健全各种“造血”保障制度等建议，将有助于高校扶贫助学工作的开展，从而推进大学生资助体系更好更快地发展。

| Abstract: | Taking Guangdong Ocean University as an example, we conducted an investigation on the current situation of sponsor system for college students. Based on the investigation, we put forward some suggestions such as ＂Green Growth Plan＂ for poor students, ＂Poor Students＇ Self-assistance Project＂, establishing and perfecting all kinds of ＂Blood-making＂ security system, and so on, which will be helpful to carry out the project, Sponsor for the Poor to Study, in the university, and to promote the system to develop in a better and faster way. |
