| 摘 要： | 假说演绎法从培根和惠更斯到波普尔经历了巨大的理论变迁.刑事诉讼和警方侦查的观点受到了假说理论的影响,并且从中获得了观念进步诉讼理念更符合科学,客观的假说意识形成,推理方法论系统和层次更加清楚,批判性思维增强.

| Abstract: | Somewhat influenced by the theory of hypothesis, both criminal procedure and the police viewpoint on investigation are improved, such as a more scientific way of dealing with lawsuits, the formation of objective hypothesis sense, a cleaver system of reasoning methodology and an increase in critical thinking. |
