| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学SABC染色法 ,对血管活性肠肽 (VIP)免疫反应阳性细胞在皖西白鹅中脑和脑桥内的分布进行了观察。结果发现 ,在皖西白鹅中脑的被盖视性核、峡视核、动眼神经核、红核、三叉中脑核和脑桥的脑桥核、桥外侧核、斜方体核、前庭背外侧核均分布有VIP免疫阳性细胞。

| Abstract: | Vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) antigen in midbrain and pons of Wanxi white goose was detected by using a immunohistochemical SABC method. The results showed that VIP positive cells (distributed) in nucleus tegmental opticus, nucleusisthmo-opticus, nucleusnervi oculomotorii, nucleus (ruber), nucleus mesencephalicus nervi trigemini in midbrain and nucleus ceruleus,nucleuslateralis pontis,(nucleus)corporis trapezoidei, nucleusvestibularis dorsolateralis in pons. |
