摘    要:20世纪50年代的劳动模范制度是国家在政治运动转向生产运动的过程中,在学习苏联历史经验的基础上逐渐建立起来的。劳动模范制度化的主要效用体现在这一制度承载着传播先进生产技术和推广科学生产管理方法的功能,从而实现带动整个行业生产效率的提升和促进生产运动持续推进的效果。

Abstract:The model workers system in the 1950 s was gradually established by the national government on the basis of drawing the historical experience of the Soviet Union in the process of political movement to production movement. The main effects of the institutionalization of model workers include that the system carries functions of spreading advanced production technology and promoting scientific production management methods, thus achieving the effect of promoting the production efficiency of the whole industry and promoting the continuous progress of the production movement.
