创新与我国的大学生创业促进

创新是时代的命题,大学生创业是一种积极的就业措施,创新会给大学生创业带来良好机遇。大学毕业生是高等教育的"产品",促进大学生创业要进行高等教育"供给侧改革",实行适应市场的高等教育运行机制,扩大国家和社会对人力资本的投资,基于市场需求定位进行人才的培养。促进大学生创业有内外部两方面的措施:内部措施即提升大学毕业生的创业综合素质,包括专业知识技能、广博知识才学、优秀创业素质、创业实操技能和市场经济观念等;外部措施有发挥创业指导服务机构的作用,提升大学生创业教育的实效,拓宽大学生创业资金的来源,推进大学生创业立项审核制和招标制,持续帮助已立项的大学生创业项目等。

Innovation and Promotion of College Students' Entrepreneurship in China

Innovation is the proposition of the times, whilst college students’ entrepreneurship is a positive employment measure. Innovation thus will bring about good opportunities for college students. College graduates are the "products" of the higher education. To promote entrepreneurship among college students, in addition to implementing "supply-side reforms" and market-oriented operation mechanisms of the higher education, it is also imperative to expand the investment of human capital by the state and society and innovate personnel training based on the orientation of market demand. Research shows the promotion of college students’ entrepreneurship should be strengthened with both internal and external measures. The internal measures aim to improve the comprehensive quality of university graduates’ entrepreneurship, including professional knowledge and skills, broad knowledge, excellent entrepreneurial qualities, entrepreneurial skills and the market economy concepts, whilst the external ones, however, refer to giving full play to the role of entrepreneurship guidance and service institutions, improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education for college students, broadening their sources of entrepreneurship funds, advancing the auditing and tendering systems for their entrepreneurship projects, and consistently assisting college students’ established entrepreneurship projects.
