| 摘 要： | 作为近代以来民主宪政的一大成果,政教分离在政治现代化的国家逐渐变成了主流模式.政教分离的原则和实践并非一朝确立和形成,从认识到中世纪高度政教合一体制的弊端,通过政治宣言而废除之,到以宪法条文明确规定国家实行政教分离制度,逐步推进政治和司法改革,通过司法判决来规定政府与宗教之间的界限,最终实现从制度上保障政教分离,经历了复杂的政治和社会发展历程.战后日本的政教分离则是由外来的军事占领国根据外国本身的政教分离原则和实践来强行废除国教而设计出来的一种宪政体制.总结这些经验,有助于我们正确而合理地处理政治与宗教的关系.
