论建立“内需为主”的经济发展模式

尽管我国经济已实现30年的持续、高速增长,但是国内消费需求不足的问题始终没有得到解决。造成这一局面的主要原因包括：依靠政府主导的大量投资促进增长的模式制约了广大居民的收入增长,收入分配状况进一步恶化,社会保障体系建设滞后,教育、医疗价格的迅速上涨增加了居民的风险预期等。因此,我们应该尽快转变经济发展的思路,从依靠大量投资和出口需求转向切实提高国内的消费需求上来,逐步实现“内需为主”的经济发展模式。

On Establishing the Domestic Demand -orientedEconomic Development Mode

Although China's economy has realized continual rapid growth for nearly 30 years, the domestic consumption demand is always insufficient. It is mainly caused by the following reasons: (1) government-led economic development hinders the increase of residents' income, (2) income distribution worsens over time, (3) the construction of social security has lagged behind, and (4) a sharp rise in the price of education and health care increases residents' risk expectation. Therefore, we should quickly transfer the economic development path from depending on heavy investment and export demand to substantially improving domestic consumption demand, and finally realize the "domestic demand-oriented" economic growth mode.
