| 摘 要： | 维权机制是工会履行基本职责、做好维权工作的基本保障,非公企业工会维权机制建设是工会落实"组织起来、切实维权"工作方针的具体体现。为此,科学分析非公企业工会维权机制具有重要理论与实践意义。从系统论视角来看,影响非公企业工会维权的因素很多,有必要界定企业工会维权机制建设关系原则,这是分析保障职工权益和企业承担社会责任的理论基点。非公企业维权机制框架结构上表现为内容体系、组织体系和责任体系的特征。非公企业要完善和推进功能型工会建设,维护广大职工的基本权益,必须从广大职工的现实诉求应对。
