| Abstract: | Pattern evidence plays a critical role in rebuilding the crime scene. We will get closer to the fact if we can find more information from the pattern evidence. The position where the pattern evidence was found is the key information in rebuilding the crime scene, because it may tell us how the crime was committed, the characteristic of criminal behavior, criminal physical character, and even criminal career. So the position where the pattern evidence was found is very important in rebuilding the crime scene, it also a dialectical process. |
