“能动生存人”：教学管理的逻辑起点

任何一种管理理论或方法均以一定的人性假设为基础和逻辑起点.教学管理活动的特殊性使普通管理学的人性假设不适宜于此,应将教学管理的主客体定位于"能动生存人"这一逻辑起点上,以满足教学管理的特殊要求.将"能动生存人"作为教学管理理论的人性假设,就应该从对人的生命的深刻体悟出发、从人的生存性出发、从人的能动性出发来实施教学管理.

"Active Survivor": the Logic Starting Point of Teaching Administration

Any kind of administrative theory or method all have human nature hypothesis as base and logic beginning.The human nature hypothesis of common administrative theory is not suitable to the specification of teaching administration.The subject and object of teaching administration should be put on the logic starting point of"active survivor",so as to meet the special need of teaching administration.With "active survivor" as human nature hypothesis of teaching administration theory,we should start from the deep understanding to the life,human's survival and human's initiative to implement teaching administration.
