| 摘 要： | 侦查讯问中的应答是指侦查人员在讯问中对犯罪嫌疑人提出的问题、要求等 作出反应和回答。策略、妥善的应答对侦查讯问的顺利推进起着重要的作用。侦查人员应积极 分析犯罪嫌疑人可能提出的问题,本着合法、实事求是和灵活原则,选择设定条件应答、以问 代答、模糊应答、置换应答、顺势反击应答和反诘应答等方法进行应答。
