东北区高新技术产业及其区位优化研究

高新技术产业已成为当前人类经济活动中发展最迅速、最活跃的领域之一 ,大力发展高新技术产业 ,对改造与振兴老工业基地有着深远的意义。一方面 ,高新技术提升和优化了东北传统产业结构 ,另一方面 ,高新技术产业也可以成为东北的另一个经济增长极。对高新技术产业进行区位优化调整 ,实现其与传统产业区位上的结合 ,可带动两者共同发展。
