| Abstract: | This thesis trys to make a research on the main points of abovementioned tort,such as the correlating concept,form of general elements and its imputation principles,as well as pointing the conditions of exemption from responsibity for newpaper industry,in the hope of giving some suggestions on hearing such lawsuits and deciding its liability. |
