| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯农业从1991年底开始改革后、一直处于低谷中、这主要是由于国家对农业投入日益减少、工农业产品价格剪刀差日益扩大以及土地所有制问题没有彻底解决等问题造成的。中俄农业合作目前仍以劳务合作为主。两国农业合作发展趋势是加强农产品和食品加工业方面的合作以及科技领域中的合作。

| Abstract: | Russian agriculture has been depressed since Russia's reform started at the end of 1991. This is mainly because Russia is reducing investment in agriculture and industrial and agriculturial product price scissors is getting widened, and land ownership is not yet settled completely. Today, Sino -Russian cooperation in agriculture is chiefly in labor services. A tendency to improve the agricultural cooperation between the two countries will be to strengthen the cooperation in processing agricultural products and food as well as in the area of science and technology. |
