高校思想政治教育中人文关怀与心理疏导研究

党的十七大、十八大报告相继提出"加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导",丰富了思想政治工作的内涵,拓宽了思想政治工作的视野,也为高校进一步有效开展思想政治工作指明了方向,是高校深入贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐校园的根本要求,也是缓解大学生心理压力,做好高校思想政治工作的迫切需要。但是由于受传统思想政治教育观念的影响,高校思想政治教育中存在着人文关怀与心理疏导缺失的问题,具体表现在忽视学生的主体性、忽视学生个性化以及忽视学生内在需要等方面,严重影响了高校思想政治教育的实效性.因此,高校必须通过关注大学生的感受和需要、构建和谐校园等途径加强思想政治教育的人文关怀与心理疏导,提高思想政治教育的效果。

Reseamh on the Humanistic Care and Psychological Counseling in Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities.

The reports of the 17th and 18th National Congress of the CPC successively put forward ＂strengthen and improve ideological and po- litical work, pay attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling＂, which enriches the connotation of ideological and political work, broad- ens the vision of ideological and political work, and points the way for colleges and universities to further effectively carry out the ideological and po- litical work; it is the fundamental requirement for colleges and universities to implement the scientific outlook on development and build a harmoni- ous campus, and also is the need to alleviate the pressure of the college students＇ mental stress and do a good job of ideological and political work. But due to the influence of the traditional concept of ideological and political education, ideological and political education in the colleges lacks of hu- manistic care and psychological counseling, including ignoring the students＇ subjectivity, personalization and internal needs and so on, which serious- ly influence the actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, the colleges and universities must focus on college students＇ feelings and needs, build a harmonious campus to strengthen the ideological and political education of humanistic care and psycho- logical counseling and improve the effect of the ideological and political education.
