| Abstract: | We achieved peaceful transformation of capitalist industry and commerce with the purpose of the elimination of private ownership. However, we allowed the existence of individual economy, private economy and foreign capital economy and encouraged their growth to develop economy after the third Session of the 11th Committee of Central Communist Party. |
