灾害事故救援中的心理干预简析

灾害事故救援中的心理干预是指在遇到灾难事故时对当事人进行的一系列心理疏导活动。从个体效应和整体效应上来看,心理干预在灾害过后的救援过程中有着十分重要的意义:能有效缓解灾民出现的焦虑、抑郁等症状和绝望、无助等心态,使他们尽早认识、接受现实;通过对遇难者家属及相关人员的心理干预,能让他们逐步学会控制自己的情绪,端正态度,形成良好的社会意识形态。目前心理干预的理论模式有3种:平衡模式,认知模式,心理社会转变模式。我国开展心理干预工作需注重对现场其他相关人员的心理干预,加强对心理干预专业人员的培养,还应将心理干预纳入灾害事故救援的程序之中。
