| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,我国劫持人质的犯罪活动不断发生 ,犯罪分子穷凶极恶 ,以人质要挟政府 ,妄图达到其罪恶目的。为了加强对此类案件的打击力度 ,本文试图就组织指挥 ,形成包围 ,战斗编组 ,政策攻心 ,武力解救诸问题谈些粗浅看法。

| Abstract: | Hostage crimes occur frequently in our country in recent years, the criminals are extremely vicious, they try in vain to attain their evil goals by putting pressure on the government. To strengthen the crackdown of this kind of crime, the article probes into the aspects of organization and commanding, encircle, combat team, psychological offensiveness through policy and armed rescue. |
