| Abstract: | Governmental information opening is the outcome of political democracy and sound legal system. The city hall in Guangzhou took the lead two years ago in releasing "the sunlight government bill" passed by the name of Governmental Information Opening Provisions of Guangzhou City, which is regarded as a plucky and characteristic statute full of result in the fulfillment in spite of existing problems not to be further perfected. |
