| 摘 要： | 非公有制企业建工会由于行政与法律手段的不足 ,存在着这样那样的问题。对此当前必须从理论上予以正面回答。在完成工会自身定位的基础上 ,要认真处理好若干关系并理顺工作突破和创新应有的基本思路。只有这样 ,在非公有制企业建工会才能稳步推进。
