Dr. Goodman, who has worked for the CDC since 1978, has held assignments in state health department and academic settings, and for a decade served as Editor-in-chief of the CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (h4MWR) series.;Kathy Cahill, M.P.H., is the Associate Director for Policy, Planning and Evaluation at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Earlier, Ms. Cahill directed CDC's Office of Managed Care and the Immunization Services Division, National Immunization Program.;Edward L. Baker, Jr., M.D., M.P.H., is Assistant Surgeon General and Director of the Public Health Practice Program Office at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Previously, he was Deputy Director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). He is board certified in internal medicine and occupational medicine. |
