Abstract:psychological counseling is a way to increase the staff' s confidence, to reduce the complaints, to strengthen the feeling of corporation identity, to promote communication among all kinds of departments and colleges, to improve organizational atmosphere. In this aspect, we should be careful with our own behavior and effect in the trade union.
