| Abstract: | When the group was constructed in Jinyao Corporation, we insisted the principle of professional, strict, innovation, and practical. Namely to be professional means to grasp the point, to be strict means to evaluate by the standard, to be innovative means to show up its character, to be practical means to focus on the effect. Those actions brought us outstanding effect. |
