On the Trade Union’ s Function from the Perspective of Construction of Five in One

When we try to construct the work of five in one, the trade union should grasp firstly the core factors and perform the trade union＇ s function that pool the strength and gather the power in the economic and ecological construction. The trade union should grasp the essence secondly and perform the trade union＇ s func- tion and increase the participation, meanwhile, it should perform the function of democracy in the political con- struction. It should focus on the foundation and perform the trade union＇ s educational function thirdly, mean- while, it should spread the positive energy in the cultural construction. It should strengthen the guarantee and perform the trade union＇ s safeguarding function, meanwhile, it should promote harmony of social construction.
