| Abstract: | Comparing with the western trade union, there are five advantages in the Chinese trade union. The first one is the system of socialistic. The second one is the system of democratic administration in the enter- prise. The third one is the essence of Chinese trade union and the trade union＇ s function. The fourth one is awareness of safeguarding rights and safeguarding system. The last one is organizational system and relationship with the masses. |
