| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,一个负责任的政府正为人们所期待,这也促使人们对政府责任这一主题给予高度的关注。从政治学、法学、伦理学、经济学、公共行政学等不同的视角出发,梳理前人相关的观点,并理清其在不同学科中的应有之义,对促进我国政府责任意识的增强,推进我国责任政府的构建具有积极的理论和现实意义。
