| Abstract: | In new situation,there exist different kinds of maladjustment in public security management system,to adapt the demand of developing social market economy in our country,we must reform actual management system of department of public safety.New qualitative changes will be brought on public security working by ininstitutional reform,but it needs to defecate some cognitional errors. |
