| 摘 要： | 针对黑龙江省若干高山滑雪训练队进行调研,从我省高山滑雪队的训练计划、科学选材、教练员队伍现状、场地设施、后备运动员文化教育、比赛实施、社会关注等软件、硬件入手研究,我省后备人才培养方面的基本信息以及在人才培养过程中存在的不足。同时从政府、媒体宣传角度,研究我省在高山滑雪后备人才培养方面所存在的问题。
