| 摘 要： | 社会主义精神文明是社会主义的主要特征 ,是社会主义制度优越性的重要表现。中共中央发布的《公民道德建设实施纲要》是社会主义精神文明建设的重大成果 ,是道德建设公民化的重要举措。它标志着社会主义精神文明建设进入了一个崭新的阶段 ,对公民道德建设具有深远的历史意义。

| Abstract: | Socialist spiritual civilization is a distinctive feature of socialism as well as a manifestation of its superiority. The Program for Carrying out Ethical Education among Chinese Citizens issued by the Central Committee of CPC is a major achievement of socialist spiritual civilization, and represents a significant move towards the plebification of ethical construction. Its appearance indicates that Chinese socialist spiritual civilization has entered into a new stage and is of great significance to Chinese citizens' ethical education. |
