| 摘 要： | 在高速公路上发生的交通事故中,追尾碰撞是常见的事故形态。如何根据送检材料对车辆碰撞时的瞬间行驶速度进行司法鉴定,是一个值得探索研究的课题。以对一起尾撞交通事故车速进行鉴定为例,为尾撞交通事故类车速鉴定提供素材,也为公安机关交通事故处理提供依据和案例。

| Abstract: | Rear-end collisions are very common among the traffic accidents on the expressway.How to perform judicial identification of the instantaneous speed of vehicles on the basis of submitted data is a worthwhile research subject.This article takes up a case study of identification of the speed in a rear-end collision,which provides reference data for identification of the speed of the vehicles in a rear-end collision,as well as basis and examples for public security departments to handle traffic accidents. |
