| 摘 要： | 为实现建设创新型国家这一重大战略，大力推进创新教育，培养创新性人才。是高等教育义不容辞的责任。本文从创新教育的内涵出发，对创新教育总目标进行纵向和横向分解，以构建对高校创新教育实践有指导作用的目标体系。在目标分解的基础上，研究实现高校创新教育目标的保障措施。

| Abstract: | In order to support the strategy to become an innovative nation for our country,high education in China is responsible for the growth of innovative professionals.Based on the discussion of the essence of innovative education,this paper analyzes the borizontal and vertical decomposition of the goal to build the target system for innovative education Finally,the ways to ensure the realization of the innavative education goal are studied. |
