| 摘 要： | 我国当前的腐败从经济学角度分析 ,就是“权力的资本化”、“权力的寻租”现象 ,其根源在于体制 ,主要是体制性腐败。反腐败斗争要坚持标本兼治 ,关键是通过加快改革和体制创新铲除腐败现象滋生的土壤和条件 ,从源头上预防和解决腐败问题。

| Abstract: | From the aspect of economics, the corruption in current China is a kind of "capitalization of power" or "seeking for rental of power". It is rooted in the system and is systematical corruption. To carry out the anti-corruption struggle, we must adhere to the principle of "treating both principal and secondary aspects of disease". The key point is to accelerate the reform and system innovation, so that the soil and conditions for corruption could be wiped out and the corruption problem will be prevented and solved from the very beginning. |
