| 摘 要： | 2005年11月7日,缅甸政府开始把政府机关从仰光搬迁到彬文那。据仰光的外交官和政府官员猜测,缅甸迁都的真正原因是防止可能发生的外部入侵。自美国停止对缅甸投资以来,缅甸军政府正遭受着1997年以来最为严厉的国际制裁。

| Abstract: | The Myanmar government started moving its ministries' offices from Yangon to Pyinmana on November 7th 2005. According to diplomats and government officials in Yangon, the real reason for the relocation inland is for safety from possible outside intervention. Myanmar's military government has faced ever - tightening international sanctions since 1997, when the U. S. stopped new investment in the country. |
