| 摘 要： | 网络账号包含账号本身和需要使用账号的密码.网络账号具有延伸性、虚拟性和相对独立性.网络账号因其本身的特殊性和账号下的虚拟财产而具有一定的财产属性.同时,网络账号又具有物的属性,相较于其他用户而言具有排他性.网络账号的法律保护既表现为物权法等实体法律保护方面,也表现为管辖确定等程序法律保护方面.

| Abstract: | Intemet account number includes account number and its password.Intemet accounting number features in extensibility,vir- tuality and relative independentality.Internet accounting number has particular property value basing on its intemal specific charac- teristic and virtual property under the account number.It has characteristics of exlusiveness and property fight which exclude other users. The legal protection for intemet account number involves in substantively law such as property law and the procedural pro- tection including legal jurisdiction. |
