摘    要:当前,新媒体日益成为公众获取知识、表达民意、了解社会、参与社会管理的有效平台.在新媒体视阈下,公众参与社会管理既是机遇也面临挑战.为此,我们应着重培养公众参与社会管理的意识,提高公众的媒介素养,在此基础上,依托新媒体进一步提高公众参与社会管理的有效性,加强网络参与社会管理的制度化建设,实现公众参与社会管理的经常化、制度化、法制化.

Abstract:New media is now increasingly becoming an effective platform for people to get knowledge,to express public opinion,to know the society and to participate in social management.Therefore,We should pay more attention to developing the sense of publie-participation in social management,and improving public media literacy.Based on these, we could further improve the effectiveness of public-paticipafion in social management,perfect the system of network-participation in social management relying on new media,so that we could make the public-participation in social management become a regular practice,and also we could realize the institutionalization and the legalization of it.
