改革开放后我国社会利益分化与重组的特征、 原因及影响分析

改革开放前,高度整体性是我国社会利益结构的一大特点,即社会利益格局高度一元化、整体化.这一特点忽略了社会主义初级阶段的现实国情,也掩盖了社会成员利益需求的差异性与多元性的现实状况.随着市场经济体制的建立,势必要对之前的利益结构进行调整,形成符合市场经济规律和原则的新利益结构、格局和关系.这对于经济社会的进一步全面发展和改革的进一步深化具有一定的积极作用,但社会利益过度分化会阻碍经济、社会的发展甚至会激化各种社会矛盾,阻碍改革进程,因此,必须引起相关部门的重视.

Analysis on the Influence of Social Interest Differentiation and Reorganization after Reform and Opening up

High integrity was a feature of the social interest structure in China,namely,the social interest pattern was highly unified and integrated before the reform and opening up.This feature ignores the reality of the primary stage of socialism ,and conceals the difference and diversity of the interest demands of social members.With the establishment of the market economy system,the former interest structure must be changed in order to establish a new interest structure,a new pattern or relationship which is in line with the market economic laws and principles.The change has certain positive role in the further comprehensive development of economic society,as well as the further deepening of reform. However,the excessive differentiation of social interest will hinder the develop- ment of economy and society, even intensify all kinds of social contradictions and impede the reform process.
