On Incentive Issues in Ocean Dumping Management in China

Ocean dumping management is an important part of marine environmental management.This article starts from file incentive issue,based on the lack of using incentives in ocean dumping management,discusses the current problems confronting it.The author is trying to explore that how to improve the current situation of power shortage and inefficient in ocean dumping management, using the economic incentive and education incentive,so that the ocean dumping management objects could eliminate conflicted moods and also take actions to control the source,so that it is beneficial to reduce ocean dumping.
