警察权益保障的立法建议

警察群体是我国诸多机关群体中的重要组成部分。肩负着保卫国家社会安定、人民安居乐业的重要职责。警察权益的保障是提高警察工作积极性的重要前提。更是维系国家执法权威的关键。但目前暴力抗法、暴力袭警等违法犯罪行为严重地侵害了警察的人格权、健康权甚至生命权。本文分析了我国警察权益保障的现状，并结合国外警察权益保障的经验。提出了完善我国警察权益保障的立法建议。

Legislative Proposal for the Protection of Police Rights and Interests

There are many organ groups in China; the police group is an important part of them. This group shoulders great respon- sibilities：to defend the country and social stability and to make people work and live in peace.To protect police rights and interests is an important premise of improve police＇s working enthusiasm,and even the key to maintaining the authority of national law en- forcement.But now the police group in China is facing a very serious survival state,especially to the legitimate rights and interests of basic-level police.Violent defiance against the law,inciting violence against the police and such illegal and criminal behaviors severely encroach the personal right,the health right and even the right to life of police. This article analyzes the current situation of the protection of police rights and interests in China,combining with the experience of the protection of police rights and inter- ests in foreign countries,puts forward some perfect legislative proposal for the protection of police rights and interests.
