| 摘 要： | 法国偏政府主导型的党政关系,在其政府人事任命和政策创制过程中得到体现。这种关系模式的成型主要是法兰西第五共和国政治制度安排的结果,对法国政治产生了诸多影响。当前我国进行党的执政能力建设,尽管我国政治体制与法国有着本质的差别,法国党政关系模式仍对我国党政关系构建有所启示。

| Abstract: | The mode of the correlation between government and party in France belongs to the type partial to government predominance,as is embodied in the process of government's personnel appointment and policy-making.This kind of relation mode is shaped mainly out of the political system arrangement by the Fifth Republic of France,and has a manifold influence upon French politics.When our nation is carrying on the construction of the Party's ruling ability,the mode of the correlation between government and party in France still has a little bit of inspiration for shaping the mode of the correlation between government and party in our country. |
