| 摘 要： | 司法公正,是现代社会政治民主、进步的重要标志,也是现代国家经济发展和社会稳定的重要保证.追求司法公正、社会正义是律师职业与生俱来的秉性,律师在实现司法公正这一神圣目标过程中所起的作用不容忽视和低估.而律师功能的发挥则是律师职业追求司法公正、完成其在实现社会正义过程中所担负使命的特有保障.
