| 摘 要： | 解决好退役军人的社会保障问题是关系到军队建设和国家稳定的一件大事.在社会主义市场经济新形势下,建立具有中国特色的退役军人社会保障法的基本思路是要坚持责任化原则,保证退役军人合法权益的获得;坚持法制原则,完善退役军人社会保障的法律体系;坚持社会化原则,解决退役人社会保障的经费问题.建立退役军人社会保障法,还要处理好与地方有关政府部门、与适应市场需要、与地方社会保障的依靠、配套关系.

| Abstract: | Veteran social guarantee is an important matter with army construction and national stability. How to set up the Law under the situation of socialist market economy, we should uphold the principle of clear direction to guarantee veteran's legal rights and interests; uphold the principle of legalization to improve the legal system of veteran social guatantee; uphold the principle of socialization to find funds. Meanwhile we should correctly handle the relations with government and adapt to market needs and civil social guarantee. |
