| 摘 要： | 目前 ,腐败问题是令国人关注的热点问题 ,要彻底惩治腐败必须充分依靠群众 ,调动和发挥人民群众的积极性 ,为此必须通过各种渠道、各种形式 ,最大限度地调动起群众的参与热情 ,以促进整个社会风气的好转。
