| 摘 要： | 将行政诉讼根据不同性质进行分类，在不同国家有不同标准，其可使公民权益以及行政审判权的运作得到切实保障。我国行政诉讼法没有明文规定行政诉讼类型，在司法实践中暴露出许多弊端。为给公民行政诉权提供全方位保障，应确立各种不同的行政诉讼类型。
