| 摘 要： | 中华苏维埃共和国作为中国历史上第一个由劳动人民当家作主的新型政权，在人权保障立法方面进行了卓有成效的探索并取得了瞩目的成就。这些探索和努力，不仅在中国共产党局部执政的区域内构筑起较为系统的法律体系，也为新中国人权保障立法提供了经验和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Being the first regime led by the labor people in the history of China, Chinese Soviet Republic carried out fruitful explorations and achieved eye-catching accomplishment in the legislation regarding the protection of human rights. These explorations and efforts not only constructed a relatively complete law system in the area where the CPC was in power locally, but also provided experiences and references for the legislation on the protection of human rights in the New China. |
