| 摘 要： | 加强我国公务员道德建设有利于提高党的执政能力。围绕着实现公务员道德自觉的目标,我们需要多管齐下,以自律为根本,以他律为手段,实行国家的行政导向、法制建设、经济奖惩和社会舆论监督相结合的方式,构筑我国公务员道德建设长效机制。

| Abstract: | Strengthening civil servant's morals of our country has helped to improve the ability of administration of our Party.Around the goal that civil servant should have conscientious morals,we need to look for many methods together,regard containing by oneself as a base,disciplining by others as means,implement the leads of national administration,legal construction,economic way that rewards and punishments and supervision of the public opinion,in order to construct civil servant's morals of our country and build the long result mechanism. |
